Richard Stucky is the senior trial attorney for Jim S. Adler & Associates in Dallas.  He was born and raised in the Houston area.  He graduated from Abilene Christian University (BBA) in 1995 and returned to Houston, where he studied and received various financial licenses and certifications. He launched his professional career in the financial services industry by helping people achieve their financial goals.

Richard then attended South Texas College of Law.  After graduation in 2002 he began his legal career as an attorney successfully fighting for the rights of those who had been injured on the job.  Richard has proudly helped hundreds of injured workers receive workers’ compensation benefits that were wrongfully denied by insurance companies.  

Richard joined Jim S. Adler & Associates in 2007 to focus his talents on representing those who have been injured by the negligence of others.

Richard is licensed in all courts of the State of Texas.  He is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
